I collaborated with subject matter experts to create storyboards and develop interactive training using Articulate Storyline. I worked alongside designers and helped manage a team of developers to produce content within tight deadlines. Notable clients included Inspire Brands (Dunkin’) and Gates Corporation.
2016 – 2023
Publishing and delivering training content primarily for Advisors and Broker-Dealers using a brokerage platform. Managing training third-party and internal web applications and product lifecycles. Maintaining and updating code for LMS customization, training web sites and project management databases. SumTotal product support. Consultation for LMS content administrators, trainers and creators. Content redesign.

Developed courseware and materials primarily using Articulate Storyline for medical, dental, and government agencies, focusing on creating gamified and accessible content.
